We are a small family owned friendly and helpful operated business based in Walsall West Midlands and we pride ourselves on fantastic customer service, great value and treating our customers as friends.

The company was formed by Mark Darby with over 30 years’ experience in the UK Building trade. The company was created after Mark being struck down by a Critical illness and confined to a desk decided to start selling online.

We have been working closely with Refina for over 12 years and was one of the First companies advertising Refina Tools on Ebay, Amazon and our website.

We are registered for Vat in the UK, so a full vat invoice is supplied or emailed with every order.

Making a purchase.

  2. We aim to ship all orders by 1pm on the same day (Monday to Friday)
  3. We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 days, however larger items, custom items and some other items may be subject to a 2-4 day delivery.
  4. If your item is of urgent request, please call us or email if you are unsure
  5. If your item is not received within the specified time frame contact us for further information
  6. Unavailable for delivery. Were you the customer are unavailable for delivery, the items are taken back to the Royal Mail Delivery Office or courier office to await collection or redelivery. Royal Mail “Something For You Card” are often misplaced, lost and normally unavailable. If your order is not received within 5 working days after placing your order we recommend you check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as majority of orders are normally found there. Take some form of identity with you. You can also check with neighbours, behind bins, outhouses etc
  7. We reserve the right to use alternative couriers or delivery methods at any time.
  8. Because of the costs involved with couriers, we reserve the right to make an additional charge if a parcel is returned to us uncollected or not deliverable and has to be sent out a second time.

You can ask Royal Mail to deliver your parcel by contacting them, theirTelephone number is 03457 740 740. They are open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-1pm and Sunday 9am-2pm. Items are normally kept at the Royal Mail delivery office for 18 days before being returned to us. If items are returned to us a further delivery charge will be made before we can resend.

Incorrect or Lost Items

  1. Mistakes can happen and if you receive an incorrect item or damaged please accept our sincere apologies.

When you have confirmed to us in writing that your item has not been received and all of the above information has been provided we will arrange a replacement item or full refund. Royal Mail will not allow claims until 15 working days have passed from dispatch and we reserve the right to wait until this time has passed before we replace lost items.

  1. Sadly instances of fraud are on the increase. The cost of fraud has to be passed on to all buyers in the form of higher costs. Because of this all reports of lost items are reported to Royal Mail who may contact you to confirm the circumstances of the loss.
